Our design team is dedicated to providing you with detailed plans that will surpass all expectations and to help bring ideas to life, we will provide you with high level 3-dimensional drawings to give you a crystal clear picture of exactly how your home will look when all building is completed. Throughout the design process, ACM Constructions’ design team can create and adjust plans to fit your budget. This way you can rest assured that you will receive your dream home without any unexpected costs.
2) Collaboration
As part of the Design and Construct process, we’ll arrange and collaborate the relevant experts required to start brining your plans to fruition. This includes either managing or creating discussions with the following professionals to assist with stress free Development Approvals and Building Approvals stages.

- Surveyors
- Certifiers and Town Planners for Building Approvals

3) Construction stage
The fun part where we start to get our hands sirty. Building the plans that have been carefully created is the next and ost exciting step for homeowners in the Design and Construct process. With your involments, we take full control from here!
Once the drawings are completed we’ll be able to provide you with a finalised quote for construction and if you’re satisfied with all details then we start turning dirt asap. Remember that by this stage, ACM Constructions are intimate with your construction plans and drawings.

ACM Constructions regularly tenders on projects where clients have existing building plans ready for construction. We have strong working relationships with a number of Brisbane Architects and Brisbane Draftsman. Sometimes you miss the opportunity to design with us, but that doesn’t mean we cannot carry out your renovation or new construction project., and we look forward to submitting tenders on your construction project.
